Stunning view of the serene lake from the rooms and the breakfast area is definitely the highlight of this city hotel. The breakfast served has a good variety and is filling enough to last you a long time before your next meal. Plus, being located within walking distance to all the city attractions is very convenient.

The rooms could use some updates and maintenance, especially the showers and windows. Heater control is not within the rooms and hot water in the bathroom is unreliable.

The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Francesco! The location was close to the center, just a 20-minute walk. The rooms had amazing views of the lake and were very quiet. The hotel had a beautiful access to the lake. The breakfast was good and the service at the front desk and in the restaurant was kind and helpful.
